We have a zero-tolerance policy for content, behavior, or interactions that facilitate, promote, or involve child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creation, sharing, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

• Any act of sexual exploitation, solicitation, or grooming of minors.

• Promotion, distribution, or glorification of content related to the abuse or endangerment of children.

• Facilitation or encouragement of any illegal conduct involving minors.

• Any attempt to communicate or engage with minors in an inappropriate, exploitative, or harmful manner.

• Any form of threat, coercion, or blackmail involving a child’s intimate or explicit images, regardless of whether such material has been shared or fabricated.

All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality. In this context, Rumors Dating Inc.:

• Employ a combination of artificial intelligence tools and human moderation to actively identify, review, and remove any content that may involve or promote child exploitation. Our systems continuously evolve to detect emerging risks and prevent harmful behavior.

• Report confirmed violations to the relevant law-enforcement authorities or child-protection agencies. We comply with all legal reporting obligations regarding CSAE. Confirmed instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or to the relevant national and regional authorities where applicable. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to support investigations and prevent further harm.

• Suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users found to be involved in CSAE or related misconduct. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious, inappropriate, or abusive content or interactions directly within the app. All reports are reviewed promptly by our team, and appropriate action (including content removal, user suspension, or referral to law enforcement) is taken without delay.

Rumors Dating Inc. operates in full compliance with global child-safety regulations, including but not limited to:

• The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).

• The U.S. PROTECT Act.

• Relevant provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) concerning child protection.

• Any other applicable national or international laws addressing child safety and exploitation.

To that end, Rumors Dating Inc.:

• Works closely with law-enforcement authorities, child-protection organizations, and industry partners to prevent and combat CSAE.

• Continuously reviews and updates internal safety practices.

• Promotes user education and awareness regarding online safety and child protection.
