RUMORS COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

At Rumors, we value authentic, respectful human interactions. All users are expected to engage with others in a considerate and non-threatening way. You must not harass, abuse, impersonate, or intentionally upset others. Any form of hate speech, targeted attacks, stalking, or incitement to violence is strictly prohibited.

We ask that all communication — including swipes, chats, and video interactions — reflect a basic level of decency and mutual consent.

Rumors is built around trust and transparency. You must register using accurate information and avoid any attempts to mislead others. Fake accounts, false identities, AI-generated profiles, and impersonation of real individuals are not allowed.

We may offer optional verification features. Verified profiles help foster credibility and may unlock additional platform benefits.

You are fully responsible for everything you upload, share, stream, or display through Rumors — including text, images, audio, and video. This applies to public profile content, private messages, video calls, and any future interactive features.

We allow consensual, adult-themed discussions and interactions only within private chats, as long as they comply with applicable law and platform terms. However, even in private settings, users must not solicit or share content that is exploitative, non-consensual, or unlawful.

While we do not monitor private interactions by default, we reserve the right to investigate and remove content if we receive credible reports of violations. Repeated or severe violations may lead to immediate termination of your account and reporting to authorities.

Rumors disclaims all liability for the content and conduct of users in private chats, including live video sessions. You use these features at your own risk and are responsible for your own behavior.

You must not misuse or interfere with Rumors’ technology, infrastructure, or services. This includes attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the experience for others, or exploit any part of the Service for unintended purposes.

Users are expected to engage honestly and fairly. Manipulating the platform, match results, or other users through deceptive means undermines the integrity of the community and may result in permanent removal.

Rumors may offer features that allow you to purchase, earn, or interact with tokens, digital assets, or project-based investments. These features are intended solely for personal use and participation in our platform experience. They are not financial services or licensed investment products.

If you choose to engage in any token-based activity on Rumors, you must do so at your own discretion and legal risk. Rumors does not offer investment advice, guarantee financial returns, or endorse any specific projects. The availability of a project token on our platform does not constitute a recommendation.

All token-related activity is subject to our separate KYC/AML Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Guidelines.

If you fail to meet KYC/AML requirements, your access to token-related features may be suspended or terminated.

Private messaging and video chat are key parts of the Rumors experience. These features are intended for consensual, respectful conversations between matched users. We provide them AS-IS, and you use them at your own risk.

Users must not engage in behavior that is abusive, harassing, non-consensual, or otherwise unsafe. This includes pressuring others to share personal information, sexual content, or engage in any form of recorded or live interaction they are not comfortable with.

You must never record, screenshot, store, or redistribute content from another user — including images, audio, or video — without their express consent. Doing so may violate privacy laws and result in serious consequences, including legal action.

Rumors does not actively monitor private chats or video calls, but we may investigate violations reported to us. If we determine a user has engaged in harmful or abusive behavior, we may take action up to and including permanent removal and referral to law enforcement.

To protect the integrity of our community and maintain user safety, you may only create and use one Rumors account per person.

Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including to evade restrictions, impersonate others, manipulate engagement, or resell features — is strictly prohibited.

Your account is personal and must not be transferred, shared, or sold to another individual or third party. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your login credentials. If we detect unusual activity or potential account sharing, we may require identity verification or take enforcement actions.

Rumors is intended strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. You may not use the platform if you are under 18, or if local laws or court orders prohibit your participation in dating, social networking, or token-based platforms.

By using Rumors, you represent that you are legally allowed to do so in your country or jurisdiction, and that you are not subject to any laws or conditions that would make such use unlawful — including restrictions due to past criminal offenses.

If you are discovered to be underage or otherwise ineligible, your account will be permanently terminated and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

In jurisdictions where adult content or digital tokens are restricted or regulated, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with those local laws. Rumors does not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee that its services are lawful in every country.

As part of our ongoing commitment to user safety, Rumors adheres to a comprehensive Child Safety and Protection Policy .

This policy establishes our zero-tolerance stance toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and outlines the protective measures, reporting procedures, and enforcement standards applied across our platform.

To protect our users and the broader community, Rumors reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take enforcement action in response to violations of these Guidelines.

Enforcement actions may include removing content, restricting certain features, issuing warnings, suspending access, or permanently deleting accounts — without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

Our decisions are based on internal policies, applicable law, the context of the behavior, and the nature of the violation. We are not obligated to provide evidence or explanations in every case but will make reasonable efforts to act fairly and proportionally.

If you believe an action taken against your account was made in error, you may contact our support team at [email protected] to request a review. You must include your username, a description of the issue, and any supporting information. Appeals will be reviewed by a separate team member, and the outcome may be considered final.

Rumors reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Community Guidelines at any time to reflect changes in the platform, laws, user behavior, or operational needs.

When material updates occur, we will notify you through the app or website, or by email where applicable. You are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Guidelines, which are always available at https://rumors.app .

Your continued use of Rumors after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any new provisions, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the platform.
